Do I need an account to scan my CV?
No account is required for the free scan. Jude may ask for your email before showing the result so the analysis can be delivered and connected if you create an account later.
What file types can I upload?
You can upload a PDF, DOC, or DOCX file up to 2 MB. You can also paste a job description when you want Jude to compare your CV against a specific role.
Is my CV stored?
Jude processes uploaded CVs, job descriptions, and analysis results to provide the service. The Privacy Policy explains what data may be stored, how account and visitor analysis records are handled, and how deletion requests work.
Which ATS does Jude check against?
Jude checks common ATS readability signals, formatting issues, keyword coverage, and role-fit signals when a job description is provided. It does not guarantee how any specific employer ATS will score or rank a CV.
What do I get with Jude Pro?
Jude Pro removes the limits after a 7-day free trial: unlimited applications, unlimited job fit analysis, and an AI-assisted master CV. The Coach plan adds company- and role-specific coaching, unlimited AI mock interviews, personalized feedback, and an interview confidence score for when you're interviewing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial, then Pro is €14.95/month and Coach is €19.95/month — or €11.96 and €15.96 a month billed quarterly, which saves 20%. You can cancel anytime through account settings or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
