Free Trial

Jude Pro includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. No payment is taken during the trial period.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. At the end of the 7 days, your subscription starts automatically and the monthly fee of €9.95 is charged. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings.

Monthly Subscription

Jude Pro is billed at €9.95 per month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access to Jude Pro until that date.

We do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused days remaining in a paid billing period after cancellation.

Billing Errors

If you believe a payment was made in error — for example, you were charged after cancelling or charged an incorrect amount — contact us within 30 days of the charge at info@meetjude.app with the email address used for the subscription and a short description of the issue.

We will investigate and, if we confirm a billing error occurred, issue a refund promptly.

EU Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service contract without giving a reason under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

By activating your Jude Pro trial or subscription and requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to the service starting immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has commenced with your prior express consent.

If you cancel during the 7-day free trial before any charge is made, you will not be billed — consistent with the intent of the withdrawal right.

You can cancel your subscription at any time:
