Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jude, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Jude.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers of Jude, operated by MeetJude.

The Service

Jude is an AI-powered job application companion. It helps you analyse your CV, compare your profile against job descriptions, generate tailored application materials, track your job applications, and receive personalised recommendations to improve your chances of success.

Jude is provided for personal, non-commercial use in the context of job searching and career development. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before using it in an actual job application.

Accounts

Some features of Jude require an account. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at info@meetjude.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in a way that causes harm.

Subscription and Billing

Jude Pro is available for €9.95 per month. The subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.

New subscribers are entitled to a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. At the end of the trial, your subscription begins and the monthly fee is charged automatically.

You can manage your billing and payment method through the billing portal accessible from your account settings.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings or by contacting us at info@meetjude.app.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Jude Pro until that date. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days in a billing period. For billing errors or exceptional circumstances, please see our Refund Policy.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, by requesting immediate access to Jude Pro at the time of purchase or trial activation, you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has commenced with your prior express consent. If you cancel during the free trial before any charge is made, you will not be billed.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Jude only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use Jude to create false, misleading, or fraudulent job application materials
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data from Jude
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of Jude
• Use Jude in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or its servers
• Share your account with others or use Jude on behalf of a third party without authorisation
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in your use of Jude

We may suspend or terminate your access if we determine that you have violated this acceptable use policy.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the CVs, job descriptions, profile information, and other content you upload or create in Jude ("Your Content").

By using Jude, you grant MeetJude a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, and use Your Content solely to provide and improve the service for you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models unless we expressly say so and, where required, obtain your consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe the rights of others and complies with applicable laws.

AI-Generated Content

Jude uses AI systems to analyse your CV, score job fit, suggest improvements, and generate application materials. These outputs are AI-generated and are intended to assist you — not replace your own judgement.

You must review all AI-generated content before using it in a job application. MeetJude makes no guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific employer or role. We are not liable for any outcome arising from the use of AI-generated suggestions, analysis, or content.

Disclaimers

Jude is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Jude will be available at all times, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

We do not guarantee job search outcomes, interview invitations, employment offers, or any specific result from using Jude.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MeetJude's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Jude shall not exceed the total amount you paid to MeetJude in the 12 months preceding the claim.

MeetJude is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of employment opportunity, loss of data, or loss of income, arising from your use of or inability to use Jude. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service before the changes take effect. Continued use of Jude after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Jude shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.
